Walk & Talk Therapy

Walk & Talk Therapy is what it sounds like— you are walking on your treadmill or outside while I am talking with you (on the phone or video) while you do it (maybe I’ll even be walking too!). 

Again, research has consistently shown that exercise can significantly decrease anxiety and depressive symptoms.  It can also improve overall mood.

Walk & Talk Therapy supports you to be more physically active in efforts to improve your overall wellness.  Some people find it easier to talk about difficult subjects when they are interacting over another activity.  This also allows a potential opportunity for behavior rehearsal and developing healthier habits.


Walk & Talk therapy is not for everyone and is available for follow up sessions only. Schedule a consultation to determine the appropriateness of this service for you.
