The primary focus of A Newfound Transformation is providing virtual mental health counseling AND fitness coaching services - either separately or in combination - by an independently licensed clinician, nutrition coach, and certified personal trainer.

There are so many legitimate excuses that can come between you and better emotional health and physical fitness but, regardless of your personal background or fitness level, you can learn how to build a sustainable lifestyle that contributes to an overall improved quality of life.

Trying to find balance and practice wellness in day to day life is not an easy task. We usually have an idea of what “balance” and “wellness” mean but we rarely take the time to fully explore what they should look like for a person as a unique individual.
